In the fall of 2024, our team prepared an ambitious event: hosting a back-to-school donation drive, in order to help kids start the school year prepared and with valuable supplies that would elevate their learning. Each kit contained a backpack, a binder, numerous sheets of ruled paper, pencils, markers, and other classroom essentials.

We prepared a total of 150 of these kits, with a large budget of almost $2,000. In partnership with Cal-SOAP, we hosted an event where we gave out these kits to families in the Gilroy Area. Seeing the smiles on kids' faces while they picked out their favorite colors make all our hard work and effort planning this drive worth it. Any leftover kits were donated to local public schools, in order to supplement their supply inventories.

In the future, we plan to host more of these drives, to ensure higher quality back to school supplies for everyone
